We take care over the information on the website, but rugs are natural, handmade or woven objects and screens vary. Please bear in mind:

• Photographs and colours are a close guide, not an exact match. Hand-knotted rugs have natural variation in size, colour and pattern.
• Sizes, materials, knot densities and similar facts are given in good faith from our records and our suppliers. If a fact matters to your decision, ask us before you buy.
• Guide prices for services show the likely range, and the price is confirmed before work starts. Nothing on the website is an offer: a contract is formed as described in our Terms & Conditions.
• We correct errors when we find them and may change or withdraw products and content without notice.

The review scores and comments shown on our website come from independent platforms such as Trustpilot and Google. They are the views of the people who wrote them, not ours, and we do not edit them. Links and embedded content from other organisations (including maps, calendars and social media) are provided for your convenience. We do not control those organisations, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Please use the website lawfully and fairly. The rules about acceptable use, availability and security are in section 3 of our Terms & Conditions. In short: no unauthorised access, scraping, malware or misuse, and no false details. We may suspend or restrict access if these rules are broken.
