01Marketing emails

We only send our newsletter to people who asked for it, or to existing customers about similar products, and we never sell your details. You can stop at any time.

  • Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. It takes effect straight away.
  • Or write to info@azarrugs.co.uk and we will remove you. We keep just your email address on a suppression list so we never email you again by mistake.

Order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your enquiries are service messages, not marketing, and will still be sent.

02Cookies, analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising tools are optional. Here is where to control them, in one place. The full list of what we use is in our Cookie Policy.

You can also block or delete cookies for this site in your browser at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working.

03Saved on this device

Some choices live only in your browser and are never sent to us: the rugs you saved with the heart button, and your light or dark display setting. Use these buttons to clear them on this device.

04Make a data request

Choose a request and your email app opens with a message ready to send to us. Add your name and any order number, then press send.

05What happens next

  1. We check it is you. To protect your data we may ask for a little information to confirm your identity, and we will not release anything to anyone else.
  2. We reply within one month. If your request is complex or you have made several, we may take up to two more months, and we will tell you why.
  3. We act or explain. If we cannot do something, for example delete invoices the law requires us to keep, we will explain why and what we can do instead.
