All prices exclude 20% VAT.
Minimum order: £70 + VAT per visit. A smaller job is charged at the minimum, so it is worth adding anything else you need cleaned on the same visit.
Carpets, curtains and upholstery are cleaned on site. Fine wool, silk and antique rugs are hand-washed at our workshop.
Rug collection and return: insured, within London and the M25. £25 + VAT per order, free when your rug cleaning comes to £150 + VAT or more. Beyond the M25 we arrange a tracked courier and quote you first.
Travel and parking: no travel charge for on-site visits within London. Where parking or the congestion charge applies at your address, we tell you before the visit.
High-traffic areas and heavy stains may need extra treatment. A surcharge may apply for upper-floor flats without a lift, because of the heavy equipment.
Rugs are priced per square metre of rug (length × width). Enter the size of each rug and the estimate updates. We confirm after inspecting the piece.
Prices assume the standard room and furniture sizes shown. We confirm the exact price with you before any work begins.

Our Method

Our Seven-Stage Clean

Built on professional carpet-cleaning practice and refined for handmade rugs. Every piece passes through all seven stages, from doorstep collection to white-glove return.

Assessment & Collection

Each piece is inspected for fibre type, construction and stains, then collected from your doorstep by our own London courier.

Dry-Soil Removal

Loose grit, dust and pet hair are drawn out of the pile before any water or solution touches the rug.

Fibre & Colour Test

Dyes and materials are tested for fastness so the wash method is matched to the exact piece, not guessed at.

Stain Pre-Treatment

Wine, coffee, grease, ink and pet marks are treated individually with fibre-safe solutions before the main wash.

Deep Wash

Hot-water extraction for carpets and hard-wearing rugs; gentle low-moisture hand washing for wool, silk and antique pieces.

Deodorise & Sanitise

An anti-bacterial rinse neutralises trapped odours at the source and freshens the whole piece.

Groom, Protect & Return

Pile is groomed, optional moth or stain protection applied, then controlled drying before white-glove return.

London Master Care

Why Choose a Professional Clean

Extends the life of your rugs. Grit and dust wear down fibres over time; regular deep cleaning protects your investment.
Healthier homes. Deep cleaning removes trapped allergens, dust mites and bacteria that ordinary vacuuming leaves behind.
Fibre-safe methods. Treatments are matched to each piece, from robust machine-made carpets to delicate hand-knotted rugs.
Restored appearance. Colours revived, pile refreshed and odours neutralised, so pieces look and feel like new.

Our Cleaning Promise

Every piece is inspected when it reaches us and again before it leaves. If a result isn't right when your rug comes back, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free of charge.

Where We Collect

Insured collection and return across London and the Home Counties, roughly within the M25: £25 + VAT per order, free when your rug cleaning comes to £150 + VAT or more. Further out? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a tracked courier.
