Each piece is inspected for fibre type, construction and stains, then collected from your doorstep by our own London courier.

Loose grit, dust and pet hair are drawn out of the pile before any water or solution touches the rug.

Dyes and materials are tested for fastness so the wash method is matched to the exact piece, not guessed at.
