We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe — the world's leading payment platform. We also accept bank transfers for orders over £2,000. All card payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card details.
Yes. Our website uses TLS encryption, and all card payments are handled by Stripe — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe's secure servers; Azar Rugs never sees your full card number.

Yes. We offer white-glove delivery throughout the UK, EU, and many international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties payable by the recipient. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
UK deliveries: 3–7 business days. EU: 7–14 business days. International: 14–28 business days depending on destination and customs. Bespoke orders have a lead time of 8–16 weeks from confirmation.
You have 14 days from delivery to return any stock rug for a full refund. The item must be in original condition. Bespoke / custom-commissioned rugs are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us at info@azarrugs.co.uk to initiate a return.
Our 5-year guarantee covers defects in weave, construction, or dye under normal use. It does not cover damage from pets, improper cleaning, flooding, or normal wear and tear. Full guarantee terms →
Every rug is personally inspected by our experts before listing. Each piece comes with a provenance certificate documenting its origin, approximate age, materials, and weaving technique. For significant purchases, we can provide a third-party authentication report.
